Zeus®-Liquifill - How it goes



Zeus®-Liquifill is the safe and easy puncture sealer to keep bad luck and breakdown at bay. 
With this innovative preventative tyre protection, one can drive over sharp objects such as thorns, nails or screws, without fearing a loss of air pressure.
 
When used, Zeus®-Liquifill reliably prevents your tyres from loosing pressure.  Whether the damage is on the tread of the tyre, due to the porous areas on the surface of the tyre or to slow air-leakage through the valve, even a minimal amount of Zeus®-Liquifill keeps your tyres rolling.

Zeus®-Liquifill - What’s this

Zeus®-Liquifill is based on a suspension which contains innumerable minute fibre and rubber particles.  When a puncture or leak is incurred the escaping air forces the sealing material into the puncture.

Zeus®-Liquifill immediately produces an effective and permanent seal from the inside to the outside.  Any leakage from a tyre’s rim or bead is also eliminated safely and reliably in the same way.

Zeus®-Liquifill reduces costly machine downtimes and minimises your operating costs.  The product’s new chemical formula protects the tyre’s inner lining against oxidation and thus against loss of air and tyre failure.  The formula is also non-toxic, non-inflammable, and environmentally friendly and can be easily washed off the tyre with water.
Repaired in a Flash
When damage or air-loss to tubeless tyres occurs, a puncture is easy to repair by utilizing this simple-to-use sealing material. You can be operational again in less than five minutes. Missed appointments due to flat tyres become a thing of the past.

APPLICATIONS

  • Zeus®-Liquifill is pumped directly from a 25Kilo/Liter pail and is easily and quickly injected into the tyre.
  • You can seal tyre-punctures, caused by materials, up to a diameter of around
    10 mm.
  • Remove the valve core and reduce the tyre pressure down to less than 2.0 bar.
  • Place the tyre so that the valve is in the 3 o’clock or 9 o’clock position.
  • Connect the hose line to the valve and determine the quantity of sealing material required. Pull up the pump handle.
  • Push the pump handle down smoothly until it is firmly seated on the pump base (Repeat this process according to the quantity of product required).
  • Remove the hose line from the valve, clean the valve stem and screw in the valve core. Inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure.
  • Roll the tyre/wheel assembly on completion of the Zeus®-Liquifill injection process or just simply drive off.
